What is the state of my order? How can I track orders?
Once you place an order, you can check the status at any time. To track orders from this page, I will go here. When the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.
When will my order ship? When will you arrive?
If your order was placed on Monday - Thursday, it will be shipped the same day or the next day. If the order took place on Friday before 3 pm PST, the order will be shipped on the same day but may not be shipped on Monday. When order is shipped, confirmation mail will arrive. Before checking out, the expected date of arrival will be displayed.
Note: For consumer protection all orders will be subject to review. In some cases, processing of orders may be slightly delayed by this. Your patience is highly appreciated.
How can I know that my order has been shipped?

What is the difference between "order date" and "shipping date"?
On most websites, "order date" and "shipping date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11 PM (Pacific Standard Time), the package will not ship after the weekend. When ordering, "Estimated Shipping Date" will be displayed on the order page. If you choose delivery on the second day, it will be delivered within 2 days after shipping. In some cases, it does not necessarily mean 2 days after ordering. Most orders are shipped the same day or the next day, but consider the shipping date, please consider weekends and holidays.
Which countries do you ship to? How is your duty?

This is the recipient's responsibility. Tariffs and taxes vary from country to country and can not provide quotation costs depending on what was ordered. Please contact the customs office for details.
Exchange for return
What is your return / exchange rate policy?
We guarantee that the product has no manufacturing defects and accept defective items for refund or exchange. Unused or unused items that have not been washed for exchange or refund within 21 days after purchase may be returned. Items received after 21 days will be accepted only at our discretion for online store credits.
If you send the wrong item or if the item you sent is defective, we only refund shipping fee. If you are exchanging with different sizes, styles or colors, you will be billed on replacement. Return / exchange price is determined by the final retail price of the item.

How should I ship my return or exchange?
If possible, pack it tightly into the original package and seal it. In order to be processed properly, return / exchange must include completed return forms. You need to ship your return / exchange with a carrier that provides tracking number to your package so that your package will not be lost. Packages must be returned in prepayment. We do not accept cash on delivery.
When will my credit card be refunded?
After receiving the package, the refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. When the refund deadline has arrived, credit will be issued with the original payment method.
Credits may not be displayed until the next monthly billing period on your credit card. When this transaction is made you will be notified by e-mail to the address on your order. After receiving information from the bank, it may take additional days for bank institutions to process this transaction and post it on your account.
